Our Big News!

So many of you already know but I thought I better post it. We're excepting another baby in April. It was very unexcepted but the shock is wearing off and we're getting excited. It's my last chance for a boy so we're hoping, but will be so grateful for just a healthy baby. I have been pretty miserable. I have had ALL day sickness and have been so tired all the time. So we are barely functioning and getting by most days. I'm 4 months now and hoping the sickness is about over.
We were hoping we would have our house built before our baby came but things just haven't worked out like we hoped. We are still waiting on the land which has taken a lot longer than we had hoped. So we're looking at starting in the Spring.

Halloween 2009

Aisa as Minnie Mouse and Makynlee as a witch getting ready for the Halloween Carnival.
The girls and I getting ready to go trick-or-treating.

After we went trick-or-treating we went to my mom's where she had sugar cookies ready for them to decorate. The kids loved being able to decorate their own cookies, which they covered in candy.

Our trick-or-treating group. So glad Shandie and her cute boys and Lexie, Abbie and Sandra came with us.

Asia's 2nd Birthday

I still can't believe my baby is 2. She had her birthday on October 3 and we celebrated with our families at the Ferron Senior Citizen Center. We did a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party since Asia is obsessed with that show. I know the pictures aren't great. Both of our camera's died so these are some snap shots from our video camera. I'll put up some better ones when I get them from his mom.

She got lot's of cute things from everyone. We gave her some clothes, a little play four wheeler and two baby bunnies. Their really cute and the girls love them.

Summer Vacation!

Yes, I know it's November and I'm writing about summer but I am so behind so I'm trying to catch up.

We started our vacation this year at Lagoon. It's been more than 7 years since I've been so I was excited to try it out again. We went with Jason and Melinda and their kids and had a really good time. I'm so glad they came with us. I was so shocked on the rides Makynlee would try. She's usually more reserved but she had a blast running from ride to ride. Asia got really bad allergies while we were there and was pretty miserable.

Riding the Lagoon Train.

Asia and Makynlee riding one of the rides.

Makynlee's favorite part of our vacations is always staying in a hotel. I'm really not sure why but she loves it. Of course we had to go swimming that next morning since we were too tired after our long day at Lagoon.

The next day we headed to the Aquarium. They had a lot of different things. It was pretty cool. We are sitting in front of the shark tank in this picture.

Cole and girls touching the Sting Ray.

You can see the shark in the background.

Cole and the girls checking out all the different kinds of cool fish.

We did a lot of camping this summer too.We bought a bigger camper this summer and have loved having the extra space. We bought it because the plan is to live in it while were building our new house. The land is taking a lot longer than we had hoped so it looks like we'll hopefully be able to start in the spring.

Fishing at Ferron Reservoir. We caught a lot of fish that day and had to leave when we used all the worms.
One of our camping trips was with my family. We went up Huntington Canyon. The kids had a blast playing in the dirt as you can tell.
Jayde and Asia loving on Layla.
Parker, Jayde, Asia and Ryker showing off their dirty faces.

Saydee had a little run in with a bush.
Best friends, Madi and Makynlee.

Asia Got Her Cast Off!!

Asia got her cast off on July 2 (Yes, I'm behind). It was getting pretty stinky and dirty because she still did everything with it. It was really starting to gross me out especially when she would eat with it. So I was really excited to get it off and I was really getting tired of people asking me if I pushed her off the couch. Yeah I just walked up to my baby and decided to push her off. I mean come on, really!!
She was so funny. She just kept staring at the nurse like what the heck are you doing. She was really good and just sat there and didn't say a word.

After she got it off Asia just sat there and wouldn't move her arm. She kept staring at her arm and then looking at me. She wasn't quite sure what to do. We just sat there laughing at her it was so funny.
We have one more appointment to the doctor and then we're done. So lets pray for NO more broken bones!!

You've got to be kidding me!! Another broken arm!

Ok, so I know that Asia is my wild child for sure but really give me a break. We just barely got done with all the visits to Primary Children's for Makynlee's arm two weeks ago. Now Asia decided it would be fun to break her arm too.

Tuesday night June 9th at 8:30 p.m. Asia was playing on the couch turning the light on and off and I told her that she better sit down or she was going to fall and get hurt. I told her if she didn't quit I would put her in time out. So she sat down and started watching TV. I waited there for a while to make sure she was going to quit acting like a monkey and then walked into the kitchen when I heard a thud. Asia started screaming and was holding her arm yelling ouchy. She's a tuff little girl so when she wouldn't quit crying and wouldn't move her arm I knew something was wrong. We dropped Makynlee off at my moms and rushed over to the ER. The Doctor told us at first that she probably didn't break it because kids bones are like rubber at this age. So when he came back and said Oh yeah she broke it and in two places we were a little shocked. Makynlee ended up getting sick and throwing up at my mom's. We finally made it home at 1 am after picking up Makynlee. So it was a very long night to say the least with a puking kid and a kid in lots of pain.

I took Asia to the Orthopedic Surgeon the next day and everything looked good so they were able to put a cast on it. I feel so bad for her, the cast is so heavy. She can't get up when she's laying or sitting down. She has a really hard time sleeping because it's so uncomfortable. It's still been hurting her quite a bit so we have to keep up on the pain medicine.
Sorry it's taken me awhile to post this but I've been trying to get a picture of Asia in her cast. She never holds still and as soon as I get the camera out she runs. So not the best picture but it works.

A Day In The Life of Asia!!

My Asia is the cutest little thing but she is one busy little girl. She keeps me on my toes all day long. While I'm cleaning up one of her messes she's running off to the next project of destroying my house literally.

She has discovered the last couple of months that she can climb on things. Including the kitchen table. She has also realized that she can pull the kitchen chairs anywhere she wants and has a lot more options of getting into everything.

This is her with Makynlee's makeup caked on her and everything else.

One of her favorite things is dumping thousands of elastics all over the floor. Usually it starts in the bathroom and continues throughout the whole house. O, yes so fun!!

Yes, this is red permanent maker on her face. Other fun activities she loves is getting into the trash can, pouring shampoo all over the floor and rugs, pulling anything out of the drawers, putting things in the toliet, painting red sparkle nail polish all over her, her clothes, the coffee table and carpet. These are just a few things Asia does during the day.

End result, Asia spending most of the day in Time Out. She finally fell asleep this time after screaming. She is the ultimate fit thrower. She falls straight on her bum and then whips her head back onto the floor. Honestly, I really don't know how her head still works. You would think she would learn by now that that really hurts. Thank goodness for nap time so I get something done besides cleaning up after her.
So I keep getting asked about having more kids. So if this doesn't give an answer then I guess I'll have to spell it out. NO. NO.NO. Ok so maybe that's a little harsh but I'm not even going to consider having another child until Asia is in school.

Easter 2009

We decided not to go camping this year for Easter because of the weather. I really didn't want to be trapped in the camper all weekend with the girls. We went to Thousand Lakes on Friday and went fishing. It was nice to get out of the house and the weather was actually pretty good. On the way home Asia was eating a pull and peel licorice. It started to gag her and she through up all over herself and her car seat. Since her car seat was covered in puke I decided I would have to hold her on the way home. Have you ever tried holding a 1 year old still for 10 minutes let alone and hour and a half drive home. It was pretty interesting. She kept pretending the gear shifter was a microphone. It was so funny.

My Grandma Huntington had her annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday at my Aunt Sandra's house because it had been raining. The girls had a lot of fun finding all their eggs.

Makynlee showing her money that was in one of the eggs.

Asia finding one of her eggs. She is a stinker and won't ever look at me anymore to take a picture.

We spent the rest of the day at my grandma playing games with the family. My cousins Megan and Trevor and his wife Julie came down for the weekend. It was nice to see them since they live so far away. Later that night we painted Easter Eggs.

On Sunday the girls found their Easter baskets and their eggs that were hidden outside. We had a BBQ later with Cole's mom.

Asia 's favorite part is definitely the candy.

Our New Bundle of Joy!!

I have been asking Cole if we could get a little house dog forever. He just kept saying that they were to big of a pain in the butt, that we would have to find a babysitter for our dog too if we wanted to go some where. Well, about 8 weeks ago Makynlee's grandma Mae and aunt Jackie told me they were having yorkie puppies and if I wanted one they would give me first pick and a deal on one. Since that day I have been driving Cole crazy about giving one to the girls for Easter. I love yorkie's but their pretty expensive so I figure this was the only way I would be able to get one. Cole finally gave in!!

Saydee Angel

At first Makynlee wanted to name her Angel Diamond Princess because she has three names so so should the puppy. I said I liked the name Saydee and so did Makynlee. So her name is Saydee Angel Anderson.

Asia talking to Saydee. She absolutely loves the puppy and is constantly talking to her and giving her kisses. Asia gets so excited when she sees her.Asia giving her one of her many hugs.

Makynlee holding Saydee. She is pretty spoiled with all of us and is rarely put down. Yes, even by Cole. He loves her.
Saydee is 6 weeks old and weighs 1 lb. 7 oz.
I went and picked her up on Tuesday April 7 and surprised the girls.
